Together we will sit down and begin discussing plans, thoughts and ideas for end of life for yourself or loved ones.

I will help facilitate a conversation with your loved ones about your end of life wishes and plans. As well as hold space for discussions and questions about the dying process, grief, or whatever else might be on your mind.

It is an honor for me to be able to be present with you in your final moments, providing comfort and support.

The same comfort and support will be given to anyone else present with you during that moment.

These visits provide private support in your home, care home or hospital. I listen, educate, hold hands, and provide comfort. I serve as a complement to your hospice team, if present, for those families or individuals who need or want additional bedside support.

Rates for services are hourly and range from $50-$100.
